We want you to be satisfied with everything you purchase from Cleansui. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of receipt to organise an exchange of the item.  All exchanges are subject to approval by our Customer Service Department.

Our Customer Service team will be more than happy to give you the relevant details for the return of your product.

Exchanges due to goods received by you as damaged will (subject to confirmation by our Customer Service team) be sent to you at our expense.

To organise an exchange for an item please follow the steps listed below:-

  1. Your name, address and daytime contact number
  2. Product Model (eg: CP002E, CP007E, CSP601E )
  3. Reason for return
  4. Return for replacement or exchange

We will contact you with  instructions on how and where to send the package, as well as providing you with a return authorisation number to be included with your return.  Please do not return any item without first receiving a return authorisation number.

Please remember that all returned products must be in the original condition with all packing material, manuals and registration card(s).
